Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and General Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in facilitating the efficient operation of the executive office and ensuring seamless communication and coordination across various functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the President and General Manager's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of their time and resources.
Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting materials, and coordinate logistics for both internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the President and General Manager, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, inquiries, and requests.
Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the President and General Manager, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decision-making, strategic initiatives, and special projects undertaken by the executive office.
Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, external partners, and clients on behalf of the President and General Manager, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, documents, and communications pertaining to the executive office.
Anticipate the needs of the President and General Manager, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the President and General Manager, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or related field.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information and sensitive situations.
Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and initiative to take ownership of tasks and deliver results autonomously.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
