Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Directly responsible for the store's day-to-day activities including operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
- Align coordinates and implement sales plans and strategies to meet targets. Ensuring the company makes profits.
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Responsible for increasing and sustaining sales growth
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control. Ensure availability of stocks and services
- Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion, clearance sales activities and studying trends.
- Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
- Share knowledge with other branches and cross-functional teams on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.
- Address customer and staff satisfaction issues promptly
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the branch and company.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or in any related course
- Experience in a Retail industry is an advantage
- Must have a good English communication skills
- Required Skills: Management skills, Mathematical skills and MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
