- Offering products by telephone to customers
- Deliver explanation about the product to customer
- Able to achieve sales goal and target
- Build good relationship with customers - following up customer's inquiries to related parties
- Liaise with other representatives/related parties
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1-2 years experience as Telesales
- Has worked as Telesales in insurance company
- Confident in cold calling customers
- Understanding of various insurance product (health, life, vehicle, etc)
- Possess good communication skills (English is a plus)
- Friendly and customer-oriented
- Currently available (able to join immediately)
