Manager Advisory (Transaction Services)  

Responsibilities :

• Be a part of team that advises State-Owned Enterprises, and multinational and Indonesian companies in analysing a company’s financial statements to identify any accounting, financial, or commercial issues in the company.
• Responsible for the management and execution of challenging assignments in accordance with our Firm’s high delivery standards.
• Assist in identification and conversion of opportunities in order to grow our business further.
• Prepare a report on target companies for the client.
• Liaise with the client and the target companies.
• Manage projects related to financial statement analysis and review, buy-side financial due diligence, vendor due diligence, financial closing review, and financial modelling assumption review.
• Sales purchase agreements review.
• Assist and support Directors and Partners.

Requirements :

• Hold a relevant degree in accounting or finance
• Eight to twelve years’ experience in auditing, accounting roles, equity research, or merger and acquisition roles background
• Broad commercial awareness, including the understanding of wider business issues
• Experience in auditing, equity research, or deals that are particularly relevant, reflecting the future growth of our practice
• Technical knowledge consistent with discipline requirements; accounting concepts, basic auditing, and financial statement analysis
• Commercial sense
• Good attention to detail
• Understand generally accepted accounting principles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
