What's the general objective of the role?
- Art and Decor procurement, shipping, receiving management, and issue resolution
What are some of the responsibilities?
- Procurement, vendor and shipping coordination, quotations, and delivery management
- Generate and process purchase orders to vendors
- Process, review, and upload vendor acknowledgements
- Update project status reports and monitor discrepancies
- Notify project team on shipping notices
- Schedule product delivery
Kualifikasi Minimum
What are the ideal requirements?
- At least a year of relevant experience in project management/coordination and data management
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to accurately manage multiple projects
- Exceptional English conversational and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills and self-directedness
