Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Establish, maintain & promote high standard of customer service.
- Provide leadership & demonstrating high standard of work.
- Coordinate efficient operation of the warehouse and deliveries with carriers to ensure KPI’s are achieved.
- Communicate & implement change as directed.
- Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes & audit of same to verify results.
- Work within the policies & procedures of the company.
- Monitor warehouse staff in standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Ensure daily KPI performance is achieved.
- Performs other duties as may assigned by Immediate Supervisor
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year College course or Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
- Preferably with experience in supervisory is an advantage
- Highly-organized and with good decision- making skills
- Knows how to prioritize tasks
- Can manage different tasks and divide the work among the helpers/drivers accordingly
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel/Word is a plus
- Hardworking and creative, with good moral character, communication and interpersonal skills
- With knowledge in any Warehouse Management
