Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides technical support to implementing agencies/local government units in:
- project development and in seeking project appraisal;
- transaction documents preparation; and
- bidding process
- Coordinate with IAs/LGUs and appropriate approval bodies pertinent to PPP project development and approval;
- Provide logistics support during project related meetings;
- Monitor progress, timetable and milestones of projects for bidding;
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to concerned agencies/units/authorities on status/updates of pipeline and proposed projects;
- Conduct due diligence review as necessary to provide input to the development of PPP projects; and
- Create/update files of written reports and correspondences.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualification Standards
- Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
- Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
- Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
- Eligibility: Career Service Prof./Second Level Eligibility
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies
- Project development/management and transaction advisory
- Development planning and management
- Project appraisal and financial analysis/modeling
Advantage
- Experience in dealing with LGUs and handling LGU projects
- Willing and able to undertake site inspections outside Metro Manila
- Proficient in MS Office and other related internet-based software
- Technical writing and research

Tentang Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines
Under the Presidency of Benigno Simeon C. Aquino III, public-private partnership was tagged as a powerful machinery to help push forward the country’s development. Under his administration, private sector participation in the country’s economic agenda is clearly defined in his “social contract” with the Filipino people.
The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines is the sole body tasked to facilitate and coordinate the country’s PPP program. Part of its task is to manage a revolving fund called the Project Development and Monitoring Facility. At the same time, the PPP Center provides Implementing Agencies (IAs) technical advisory support in project development and management and monitors the implementation of PPP priority projects. Also part of its task is to formulate policy guidelines for PPP transactions, and develop and manage a central database of all PPP programs and projects.
