Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Negotiates and coordinates with banks for sourcing of funds to finance projects.
- Performs credit investigation to clients of all projects in terms of income and background
- Ensures conversion of CTS Financing, End User and Pag-ibig Financing based on the seasoning of the account and proper monitoring of all working capitals and renewal submittals
- Checks the accuracy and completeness of all the documentation for submission of documents and requirements for bank loans including all bank loans are paid on time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Any business course i.e. Financial Management, Marketing, Accounting Technology
- With at least 6 months related experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
