Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyse and develop reports we can use for performance tracking and optimization, drawing recommendations so that we can reach the KPI target
- Build, enhance and streamline reports that help team members and internal stakeholders understand the business performance and identify the next action
- Analyse business trends and results independently, translate and communicate results to leadership and key stakeholders
- Define and centralise success metrics that reflect the core drivers of the team
- Create process and/or system to measure and improve team performance and productivity
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Having experience in analytics, business analyst, or related field.
- Freshgraduates are very welcomed to apply
- Strong numerical & analytical skills and attention to detail
- Solutions-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence external / internal stakeholders

Trucare Novatech Indonesia is a new beauty startup company grounded by the idea that Indonesian women in the middle-low class are lack of knowledge about skin health. Yet, they get less attention from the beauty industry. Thus, we are willing to step in and to dedicate our passion for community development within the realm of this industry to help Indonesian women getting know better about their skin and the significance of skincare. We set goals to activate 22 branches in Java in 2022. These ambitious goals are motivated by the desire of Trucare to be the reference of the beauty company, which emphasizes the value of education and empowerment. Our first brand, 'Everose', has been launched at the end of 2019.
