Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Touchpoint self-care enhancement on iOS
- Manage delivery, roll out, and improving self-care app to meet roadmap for iOS platform
- Handle complain related with all touchpoint application in iOS
- In charge for quidance and solution from product/service complaint on iOS platform
- Touchpoint self-care product integration on iOS
- Adding new service, product, promo, ads etc (provided by Core Product Team, Digital Service Team, Customer Loyalty Team) into self-care on iOS platform
- Application publishing on iOS
- Manage and maintain Smartfren Apple Account
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Informatic Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 2 years experience in related field
- Proficient in swift languange and hybrid app development
