Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the office morale with the ultimate goal of productive employees & reducing the turnover rate
- Counsel the employee who has an underperforming issue and or disciplinary issue as referred by HR or team Leader
- Directs welfare activities for all employees
- Independently handling worker’s grievance issue
- Conduct various training program
- Organizes entertainment, outings, appreciation events, social & cultural events.
- May assist employees in the solution of personal problems
- To make sure that the available welfare facilities provided under the regulation or otherwise are being properly maintained and utilized.
- To ascertain what further welfare facilities are needed, how best they can be provided, and make suggestions for their establishment
- Maintain all kind of record related to the position keeping updated
Kualifikasi Minimum
Position Requirements:
- Good English communication skill (verbal and written) is a must
- Having minimum 2 years of experience in Compliances/HR/Welfare/Compensation & Benefit position is a plus
- Having experience in managing 200 employees is a plus
- Bachelor of Psychology or HR Management
- Be interested in young people and their problems.
- Be able to keep accurate records
- Having a strong analytical mind
- Able to build trusting relationships with employee
