Advance Digital Marketing Specialist  

The Position

• Develop and implement Eduvania's digital marketing campaigns to support the continued growth of Eduvania's programs. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will set and improve upon our current digital marketing strategy in paid social channels while executing within new areas and campaigns to drive lead and enrollment volume.
• Specifically, you will own the strategy for all paid social channels, focusing on improving ROI on Facebook and other channels. While working on improving returns in current channels, you will also focus on reaching new audiences by expanding into new channels. You will create playbooks and launch strategies for several new areas of paid digital focus, reporting on and being responsible for each channels’ lead and enrollment volume, conversion rates, and cost pers.
• The ideal candidate has managed large-budget ROI-positive paid media campaigns, is proficient with Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn advertising. You will have also used data to set and iterate on strategy and be extremely comfortable with tactical campaign development including targeting and ad copy creation, audience segmentation, bid and landing page optimizations, and budget allocation. You must be highly data-driven and comfortable justifying your decisions quantitatively.

In this role, you will:

• Learn the fundamental principles of demand generation, events marketing, and social media marketing from an expert, supportive team.
• Implement and track digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels, building weekly reports to help achieve the team’s KPIs.
• Manage and update relevant information on the Company’s marketing websites
• Support event marketing initiatives, including Eventbrite administrative tasks

• Experience managing paid social campaigns, specifically budgeting and campaign optimizations
• Deep understanding of general marketing/advertising concepts.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands
• Knowledge of web analytics, social analytics & techniques
• Fluency in the following topics: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, current social media outlets, paid social media advertising, customer segmentation targeting and tracking, community management, and e-mail marketing.
