Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Maintain majoo's career parth and projection.
  2. Maintain job description through job analysis.
  3. Maintain and socialize Standard Operating Procedure of all majoo’s division.
  4. Process rotation, mutation, and employees’ internal promotion.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  1. Master degree of Psychology from reputable university
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as HRBP or Organizational Development.
  3. Strong conceptual and theoretical understanding in industrial and organizational studies.
  4. Excellent analytical skills.
  5. Highly organized.
