Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and manage the implementation of business process of operations (after sales) by coordinating with sales division and other internal parties to ensure the customer satisfaction.
- Manage the operations of technical consultant team, customer experience, customer success, and the fulfillment team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Having experience in managing/leading the technical support or customer experience or customer success team at minimum 10 years.
- Preferable having experience in software as a service company.
- Fast learner and strong willingness to implement new system.
