1. Proven DevOps Experience: You should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles for associate and minimum 4 years for senior role, demonstrating your ability to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

2. Linux Proficiency: An in-depth understanding of the Linux platform is essential, as you will be working extensively with it.

3. Web Server Mastery: Familiarity with web servers like Nginx and Apache is a must.

4. Strong English Skills: Effective communication is key, so fluency in both oral and written English is required.

5. Networking Knowledge: A solid grasp of how networks function, including flow and protocols, is expected.

6. Virtualization and Cloud: Proficiency in virtualization and cloud technologies is highly desirable.

7. Containerization Expertise: You should have a good understanding of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
