- Communicating project updates and build insights to support SaaS business development
- Ideate and assist strategic initiative to leverage SaaS business metrics within certain period of time
- Perform data analysis to support decision making and develop progress report documents
- Monitor weekly and recapitulate monthly Kargo Nexus (SaaS) business performance (active clients, client performance and other supporting metrics)
- Create and manage periodic client SaaS implementation reporting
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of Bachelor degree or above from reputable university
- 3 years of experience with exposure to project management & data analysis
- Experience working with B2B SaaS/Technology platform company
- Strong analytical skill, familiar with SQL query and has database modeling experience
- Execution-focused; ability to work well in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on; MUST be willing to lead by example
