Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Considering the scope of the work, we are searching for a generalist that have background in acquisition strategy, execution, analytics and management
- You will be responsible in working with multiple parties on SME supply (Transporter / Truck) acquisition strategy, ensuring that the execution of acquisition levers connects with the goal and other strategies from other teams
- Ensuring that all of the fulfillment needs for SME business are catered for, aiming for fulfillment %, speed, and margin
- Negotiating with key SME supply leads to cater for special projects
- Leading a team of fresh individuals, you will need the ability to manage and train the team to fulfill multiple different project needs
- Tracking, analysing and reporting on all SME supply acquisition strategies and metrics to multiple stakeholders
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Previous Supply Acquisition experience is a plus
- Able to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Able to work in a fast phase environment
- Strong analytical, planning and strategical skills
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
