Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Support end customer engagement activities to work on opportunities, which covers: requirement gathering, scope verification, engagement speech and presentation, and another related engagement activities,
  • Perform the development of Software Services Proposal according to standard IBM Software Services proposal development process. Interface with all the reviewers and request for all necessary approval
  • Act as an interface between Software Services, related IBM Department, related IBM regional or Worldwide team, and third parties, including business partners, during the Software Services proposal development,
  • Involve in post proposal development activities including pursuing contract signing, contract acceptance, and contract registration,
  • Perform engagement handover activities for signed contract with related delivery team.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Minimum around 3-5 years of experience in IT industry as delivery team or pre-sales team.
  • Have on the ground project experiences and understand project cycles.
  • Have good work management: Coordination, agile working, effective work prioritization, etc.
  • Have good verbal and written communication in English.
  • Have prior technical background in some of IT field (software, cloud, infrastructure, etc) is much preferable.
