Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managed full-cycle recruitment functions within the organization to include: requisition process, posting job advertisement, sourcing, prescreening, conducting test, interviewing, background checking process, job offering, new employee orientation, and onboarding
- Performed targeted candidate searches via employee referrals, networking, LinkedIn, and industry specific associations to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Developed and maintained relationships with college career centers and campus leads to attract highly educated candidates for entry level positions
- Manages and resolves employee relations issues.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention.
- Develop strategies for succession planning and talent management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree from Psychology/Human Resource Management with GPA min 3.00
- Minimum 4 years working experiences.
- Passionate in Recruitment Area.
- Good knowledge in Information Technology, preferably from IT Company
- High analytical thinking, planning, organizing, and creativity.
- Have pleasant personalities with excellent communication in English both oral and written.
