Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare brief document of new product or business process design
- Review and analyze the business model, price and package for business contract proposal
- Monitor new product implementation, including risk identification & mitigation of new product
- Review and analyze workflow process using a chart, diagram, or flow process chart document
- Prepare and distribute any standard operation procedure document
- Review and analyze technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to evaluate market
- Build relationship with other parties e.g. customer, government, auditor, regulator, and vendor
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least S1 from Management/Industrial Engineering
- Good communication in English both oral and written
- Have experience in banking and payment industry is required
- Have strong knowledge in business process analyst
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving oriented
- Excellent documentation skills to drive SOR/BRD, FSD, use cases, flowcharts, training materials, SWOT diagram, etc
- Have good self-motivation, fast learner, can do attitude, able to work as a team or able to work independently and good administration skills
- Able to work under required time and pressure
- Willing to work in mobile environment, and will be located in BSD and Jakarta area
