Product Manager  

• Plan, research and design experiments to support new product development or existing product improvement
• Manage prioritization and strategy among product roadmap and project queue.
• Lead design and specification written in clear documents among products with exceptional user experience, feature flexibility, and function reusability in mind
• Coordinate and align with stakeholders
• Provide a detailed development timeline and go-to market plan/strategy for each product
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. Ensure product compliance with valid regulations
• Define product solutions based on a strong understanding of both end user’s and internal user’s needs
• Keep up with latest technology and industry best practices and adapting them
• Maintain Product Backlog, Scrum Event, Product Grooming, Product Research
• Manage small team of Innovation

• More than three years professional experience in tech company as product manager / project manager / product owner
• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology/equivalent or relevant work experience is prefered

• Genuine passion for product-centric innovation
• Ability to write clear feature specifications, wireframes and user flows
• Having strong English speaking and writing skills
• Superior analytical, quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in IT product development
• Own Product metrics, take data driven decisions
• Scrum, kanban and other agile methodologies
• Strong experience in using Jira to manage product sprint, workflow, etc
• Experience in Banking/Fintech is preferred
