Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Good experience on Linux Commands, Linux Administration, Java, MySQL, JavaScript and web maintenance
- Experience in managing, maintaining, installing and configuring Asterisk/ VICIdial/ VICIbox/ GoAutoDial/ IP PBX systems
- Should have Hands on experience on Dialplan writing for Complex IVR Systems
- Creating, Managing and Integrating service provider SIP/VoIP Accounts with asterisk
- Ability to Configuring Analogue / PRI Lines
- Able to troubleshoot Dialer/Asterisk related issues and following up with service providers on open issues
- Experience in gathering phone and server log files and configuration data for analysis in order to determine root cause of problems and create solutions
- Good knowledge of MySQL database with database backup and restore
- Should have ability to Integrating MySQL and other databases with VICIdial/GoAutoDial platform Ability to work independently on challenging environment with minimal supervision
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Having experience min 1-2 years
- Strong Knowledge in PBX, SIP, RTP protocols.
- Strong knowledge of multi-asterisk server architecture
- Sound knowledge of Asterisk Dial-plan, Asterisk Gateway Interface and Asterisk Manager Interface.
- Expert in Asterisk installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experienced with Linux servers (Centos, Redhat, Debian)
- Good knowledge of SIP and IAX.
- MySQL and Telephony Domain.
- Ability to test and troubleshoot Asterisk applications/issues
- Excellent communication skills
