Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Searching for candidates from various sourcing channels and in a creative way.
- Handle the recruitment process, such as selecting the candidate from the documents and manage the interview session
- Understanding every job description in vacant position, in order to get the right candidate.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Recruiter in Tech Company
- Required skill(s): communication, interview, Negotiation.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
