Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Becoming a Person in Charge in an IT project
- Running planning, risk management, monitoring, and supervising
- Progress updating, presentation to stakeholders, weekly and monthly meetings
- Creating a project management plan
- Identifying, determining solutions, and escalating various problems in the project in order to minimize risk factors that may arise
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years (s) experience as Project Manager in IT Industry
- Having experience of 1 - 3 years as a Programmer will be advantageous
- Strong leadership to manage project team, good negotiation skills, strong relationships with internal and external members of the projects, analytical problem solving, and knowledge of project management tools
- Consistent, Good Interpersonal, Good Listener
- Able to work under required time and pressure.
- Have a basic understanding of the IT Industry
- Understand scrum framework
