Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Serve as Lead or Pic in IT Projects
- Running planning, risk management, monitoring and supervising, progress updating, presentation to stakeholders, weekly and monthly meetings
- Monitoring projects
- Creating a project management plan
- Identifying, determining solutions and escalating various problems in the project in order minimize risk factors that may arise
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Information System, Computer science, management information system or related field.
- At least 4 - 6 years (s) experience as Project Manager in IT Industry
- Strong leadership to manage project team, good negotiation skill , strong relationships with internal and external members of the projects, analytical problem solving and knowledge of project management tools
- Consistent, Good Interpersonal, Good Listener
- Able to work under required time and pressure.
- Have a basic understanding of IT Industry
- Understand Scrum Framework
- Preference candidates who having experiences in Insurance / Banking industries
- Experience in Development Application and system with Java Program is a plus
