- Manage and grow relationships with sports clubs, partners, and sponsors.
- Develop and implement sales and sponsorship strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and ensure sponsor visibility.
- Handle client and sponsor inquiries, providing tailored solutions.
- Report on sales and sponsorship results, market feedback to management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and securing significant sponsorship deals.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the sports market and current industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sports and a strong commitment to community engagement.
