Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, create, and maintain technical documentation for internal or external technology team
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Collaborate with technology teams and manage projects related to technical documentation
- Strong knowledge about Agile-Scrum SDLC
- Collect feedback from customers and product, business, and engineering teams
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Having 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Writer
- Proven experience in writing technical software documentation, especially for developers
- Able to produce high-quality documentation with keen attention to detail
- Fast learner and quick to grasp the complex technical concept and simplify it in the form of texts and pictures
- Familiar with SDLC and software development.
- Able to communicate and having analytic and strong logical thinking
