Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Work on projects across all teams internally (marketing, product, sales and data team) and externally (throughout GUE ecosystem)
- Constantly experiment to unlock growth opportunities, build highest leverage growth priorities across the merchant lifecycle, from acquisition, deployment, to retention.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to internal operations, including conducting root cause analysis of high-priority issues and propose and implement solutions to improve the process
- Tracking and reporting of initiative progress, staff deployment progress, and identify improvement areas, roadblocks and next steps
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum education D3 / S1 from any major
- Have 2-3 years experience as Operation/ Business Development/ Implementation/ Account Executive
- Understand deployment and operations concept
- Able to monitor team work activities & processes on a regular basis
- Experienced in providing training and educating others
- Able to build positive relationships with Pharmacies / Merchants
- High energy level and proactive attitude
- Able to thrive and adapt in a fast changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and able to make concise and well structured reports & presentations
- Able to use Microsoft Office and Google Tools (Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.)
