Security Manager  

• Management and leadership of the Security Team
• Oversees daily Security operations
• Conducts investigations as required
• Ensures sufficient manning to cover 24/7 Security operations
• Proactively stay updated on security & industry trends and happenings
• Conducts security and fire safety training for all colleagues
• Involvement as a member of the hotel leadership team

The Orient Hotel, a 153 rooms new lifestyle Hotel in the heart of Sudirman, is looking for an experienced Security Manager to be part of the pre-opening team.

The Security Manager must posses this skills:

Certified in First Aid, CPR and AED

• Excellent investigative and report writing skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry or work experience in the Military or the Police Force or 5 years’ experience as an Assistant Security Manager or Security Manager
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) will be an advantage.
• Service oriented with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Well groome.
• Responsive to change effectively
