Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise the Engineering Team (Backend, Frontend, SDQA, and Software Architect) set strategy for continuous engineering development
- Collaboration with other stakeholder, such as Product, UI/UX, Infra, and Business, to ensure delivery works on time
- Participating in the creation of development / software engineering best practices, including capacity planning, monitoring, configuration, security, historical metrics, recovery strategies and migration strategies.
- Helping team members and fellow engineers to scale up technical engineering skills, and conduct performance quarter performance review
- Heavily involved in technology and infrastructure stack discussion
- Understand and give positive impact toward product & tech OKRs / Metrics
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min 3 years experience in managing development team or 5 years as Senior Developer or Software Architect
- Strong Experience in backend and frontend development, such as Java, Javascript - have experience in Go will be a plus
- Experience in cloud platform setup and deployment
- Experience working for Software Consultant/ Software Solution or SaaS company is a plus
- Willing to work in hybrid mode with company output focus
