Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Execute the PDCA LOB Directorate function.
- Consolidate reports from all LOB Areas and prepare management reports on LOB performance nationally.
- Conduct data analysis, gap analysis, and fact-finding performance of LOB nationally and provide recommendations for improvement through review with the LOB Area.
- Manage all project improvement as part of the LOB strategy, work with the related cross-functional team, and ensure the implementation of the project.
- Create competency standards, update documents, and control mechanisms through coordination with network management for use in the LOB review mechanism for Area Heads.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, management, accounting, economics related field.
- Having experience in marketing, finance, or business process industry.
- Good understanding in financial analysis.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal, excellent communication, and good negotiation skill.
