- Collect customer data, classify the data by type, and validate the data eligibility
- Analyze the valid customer data to get an overview of the customer profile
- Do segmentation of customer data to implement the business strategy based on profile that sustainable for the company
- Do finalization data process of business strategy that implemented by analysis data for knowing the condition and development of periodic business strategy unit
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in Statistics or Mathematics
- Experienced in related fields more than 3 years
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, SPSS or etc
- Proficiency in operating Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office
- Have a strong understanding of customer behavior
- Have a good planning & driving action
- Proficiency in analysis and judgement skills
- Have a good presentation skills
- Able to work in customer focus manner
