Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.

Monitor market trends, interpret results, and make recommendations based on results of compensation & benefit surveys.

Evaluate external competitiveness related to rewards, and make recommendations.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or Management

Proficient in using Ms. Excel/Google Spreadsheet/Google Drive

Have good communication, collaboration, and negotiation, both with internal and external parties.
