Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, create, and produce consistent and meaningful content on TikTok platform
- Work closely with marketing team to create content according to Lee Vierra's branding and timeline.
- Schedule and upload the videos that aligned with Lee Vierra's brand voice and campaigns
- Analyzing and conduct experiments to improve content performance
- Drive channels growth and maintain strong engagement across all channels
- Execute targeting and remarketing tactics to drive direct response and increase traffic and conversion
- Work with the marketing department to fet and understanding of the short term and long termmarketing target and then develop content strategied accordingly
- Write and review content for our social media pages and website
- Manage and execute daily content
- Continuously acquire knowledge and understanding of the business, brand, and collection to provide the best content ideas that are relevant to our customer
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Full time position
- A diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Female, max 28 years
- Creative and stay up to date with current social media trends and understand the algorithm
- Good communication skills and personality
- Have a good attention in aesthetic visual composition and copywriting skill
- Video editing skill using VN, Inshot, or Capcut
- Confident and willing to be in front of camera
- Attention to detail
- Actively using Tiktok, Instagram is a plus
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
- Sport anthusiastic
