Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify an audit requirements to develop company's internal audit program
- Carry out a full audit of an organization; including accessing risk (business risk, technology risk, financial risk etc.) and opportunities.
- Analyze the audit result to conclude findings which include incompliance issues, not effective/not efficient processes.
- Reporting the audit result to each division head and director level to ensure action plans are defined properly for improvement.
- Support monitoring the completion of all action plans which have defined by each division.
- Facilitate/coordinate periodical review and update of company’s rules (policies/procedures)
- Support communication/education/internalization of company’s rules (policies/procedures) to ensure all rules/regulation are strictly adhered to
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min Bachelor degree from Informatic or Science Background
- Logical thinking and has strong attention to detail
- Has experience for developing audit program, preparing audit checklist and act as internal auditor
- Has ability to verify various audit evidence include company's documentation, IT system configuration, database, application event log, activity log
- Experience in data analysis by using tools (such as Macro in MS excel, MS Power BI, Phyton)
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good in English (both written and spoken)
