Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Create the Customer Journey Map, analyze drop-offs and suggest initiatives to improve overall customer experiences and retention
  • Ensures that the data and configuration in CRM campaigns setup are correct.
  • Attends regular meetings with various team members from business units to review upcoming issues / planning and suggest initiative possibilities from Customer Eperience standpoints.
  • Do experiments and A/B testing to gain more insights on what works and whats not
  • Measure and report performance of all CRM campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure the achievement of business objectives

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • At least 1 year's relevant experience
  • Excellent in English in speaking as well as report writing capabilities
  • Customer and User oriented, multi tasking, highly motivated and self-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Analytical and marketing skills
  • Design, conduct, and analyze qualitative studies (field observations, interviews, usability tests) and quantitative studies (surveys) to understand user sentiments
  • Study competitor platforms and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Ability to create Customer Journey Map and measure Customer Engagement Index
  • Communicate research findings to ensure a holistic view of our users and collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design, Operations, Business Development) to drive improvements in customer experience
