as Business Team Leader SME, you will manage and supervise the business strategies and achievements (funds, credit, services) of the retail banking segment and consumer segment which are managed by the branch office for example marketing retail funds, consumer funds, retail productive credit, standard credit, program credit, consumer credit and market expansion to achieve BNI targets.

Your placement locations such as Medan Area, Bandung Area, Surabaya Area, Makassar Area, and Jakarta Area.

Qualifications :

• Have exposure as a Relationship Manager Small / Small Medium Enterprise (SME) minimum 3 (three) years.
• Have exposure as a Team Leader minimum 2 (two) years.
• Understand banking products (funding, lending)
• Have a soul/passion as a marketer
• Have good analytical, relationship and communication skills.
• Priority is to have the ability to manage a team
• Maximum age 33 years
