Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Team Leader Customer Journey Implementation will work as part of team to monitoring and reviewing the implementation of customer journey and customer experience for retail segment. Preferred candidates must posses a strong strategic thinking and strategy implementation skill.
Following are the summary of the job descriptions:
- Review and analyze existing customer journey for retail/wholesale segment
- Review and analyze existing customer experience for retail/wholesale segment
- Understanding retail/wholesale customer (need, behavior, trend, changes)
- Understanding retail/wholesale business process for each product
- Providing insight for existing customer journey & experience
- Prototyping new customer journey & experience
- Coordinating with related group for implementing the new customer journey & experience
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum S1 (S2 preferred) with a background in Strategic Business Management/ Marketing/ Architecture/ Communication
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale) from reputable universities
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in the field Service Quality/ Market Research/ Business Transformation
- Fluent in English
- Team player with strong analytical and communication skill
- Enjoy in tight schedule working
- Have the ability to lead the implementation process
- Have passion for servicing
- Have a strong strategic thinking
- Familiar with Customer Experience Concept/B2B Strategy
- Avid user of presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
