About The Role

Position: Sales Academy Trainee

Location: East Jakarta, West Jakarta, Semarang, Solo, and Surabaya (Multiple Locations)

At Bababos, we're on a mission to empower individuals with 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience and transform them into top-tier Sales Professionals. We're offering a unique opportunity to join our Sales Academy, where you'll undergo a specialized curriculum and training to develop the skills and mindset needed to excel in the world of B2B sales.

As a Sales Academy Trainee, you'll embark on a transformative journey that will equip you with the tools, knowledge, and experience to become a successful Sales Representative at Bababos. We're looking for individuals who possess five key qualities: Hunger, Confidence, Social Skills, Life Goals, and Selling Skills.

  • Maximum 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Possession of a valid SIM C driving license.
  • Own a motorbike for transportation.
  • Willingness to be placed in East Jakarta, West Jakarta, Semarang, Solo, and Surabaya.
