Senior Database Administrator  

Responsibilities:

• Build database systems of high availability
• Design and implement database in accordance information needs
• Define and enable data distribution, in appropriate format and in a timely manner
• Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data
• Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses
• Provide proactive and reactive data management support
• Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards
• Perform tests and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy and integrity
• Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required
• Performs the capacity planning required to create and maintain the database
• Performs on going performance tuning of the databases instances

• Minimum Diploma/bachelor degree in IT, information system, computer science, management information system, electrical engineering, any engineering/science or related field
• Minimum GPA 3,00 (scale 4,00)
• Have knowledge in Database (query, replication, cluster, etc)
• Proven working experience as a Database administrator
• Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications
• Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL
• Familiarity with database design and documentation
• Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third party tools
• Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
• Familiarity with programming languages API (++)
• Oracle, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2, Microsoft SQL certified is advantage
• Good communication in English both oral & written
• Able to work under required time and pressure
• Strong Analytical and planning skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Willing to be processed (of recruitment) in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
• Willing to be placed in Project at Jakarta area
