Business Development Manager  

The Business Development Head main task is to help facilitate the growth of the company by developing pipelines of new businesses and ventures for the company. He or She shall be responsible for the expansion of the company, improve market position and achieve financial growth.

• Business Development Planning
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business sites by analyzing market strategies, requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Research & Planning
  • Research organization and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Leading Executions of Business Plan
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events related to the expansion of the business

• A graduate of Business Management or any related course
• With 2-years and above experience as Business Development Manager in the food industry
• Goal oriented
• Has background in making business plans/proposals, market research
