Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Accounting Assistant provides support with delivery of accounting services. Duties involve processing of payable vouchers and check disbursements, preparation of monthly financial reports, monitoring & filing of BIR returns and bank reconciliation report. He/she is responsible in maintaining and keeping an accurate, reliable and updated book of accounts of each Condominium Corporation/Homeowners Association (HOA) with management contract with Pro-Excel.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate MUST possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
- Required Skill(s): Finance Analysis, Proficient in Financial Software Applications,
- Preferably with at least 1-year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Average communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently and achieve effective results with minimum supervision
- Demonstrates honesty and accountability in all dealings
- Delivers excellent customer service with a high degree of professionalism
