Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The role is responsible for recording, validating, and maintaining high level of inventory accuracy and control. He/she is also responsible for monitoring the accuracy of inventory transfers, movements, and adjustments.
Duties and responsibilities
- Record inventory physical count versus the system count.
- Perform system reconciliation balance versus monthly physical inventory count (MPIC).
- Perform accurate validation and correction of inventory adjustment entries and clean-up such as stock movements and losses.
- Perform accurate and timely submission of discrepancies of inventory records.
- Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in any Accounting or Business related course.
- At least 2 years inventory control and merchandising related work experience.
- At least 1 year experience in ERP system (NAV and WMS).
- Retail industry experience is most preferred.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in accounting/ERP programs, preferably NAV system.
- Computer proficient.
- Good in data analysis.
- Has a high sense of urgency and can keep confidential data/information.
- Deadline and result oriented.
- Keen to details.
