We're looking for a new Marketing Head! If you're interested in food retail, are the type to take initiative, and are down to work with a dedicated team, you might just be the right fit for the job. Responsibilities of the position include:
- Hands-on management of tasks with sales and marketing functions
- Implementing and conceptualizing Marketing Plan & Sales Plans, making diligent reviews & forecasts, providing input on market studies for both online and offline avenues
- Continuously improving sales and marketing performance, and achieving Sales targets
- Leads Marketing Team
- Will work in partnership with the sales team to increase the company's market share
- Manage all social media accounts and company website
- Organizing marketing events and projects to raise brand awareness
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Any business-related course
- At least 1 year relevant experience in Sales & Marketing
- Knowledge in software applications including google docs/sheets/Rose Task Manager
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
