Accounts Payable Team Member  

The role requires a solid background in high volume account payable and will be responsible for review, code, and entry of local supplier invoices/ and employee expenses.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

• Receive and record supplier invoices
• Match invoices to goods receipt and/or purchase order
• Perform GL coding of invoices, ensuring accurate allocation of costs
• Route invoices for approval where required – manually or electronically
• Perform payment runs and submit payments for approval
• Reconcile supplier statements for large accounts
• Receive, code and pay employee expenses and credit cards
• Receive, investigate and resolve payment queries from suppliers

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years accounts payable experience, preferably for an international company and/or high volume environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office suite (especially Excel).
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
