As PRIME Philippines expands, the search for Markets Analyst has arisen
- Search for listings of office, retail and industrial spaces for leasing associates on their requirements
- Coordinate with property owners and landlords
- Create, maintain, and enhance property listings in the database
- Secure presentation of the listings
- Prepare and secure documents and floor plans for the leasing associate
- Arrange the leasing associate's and clients’ site inspections
- Take photos of the units/buildings
- Conduct phone calls and fieldworks
- Provide administrative support for the whole Brokerage Division.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College / Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Commerce, or any equivalent course
- Little to no experience in working in the real estate industry,
- Highly trainable
- Has great communication and presentation skills.
- Has confidence and charisma
