Operation Service Supervisor  

1. Monitor the timeline of a project in the function and regional so that it can run in accordance with the predetermined timeline.

2. Making a report on the process of implementing a project timeline from functions and regions so that the progress of project implementation can be monitored.

3. Monitoring and ensuring that the opening of a new Service Center / Service Point can run well and according to the standards of the Company in terms of location, infrastructure, work teams and other aspects.

4. Following a meeting with a client related to an ongoing project if OSM is unable or OSM assesses that OSS needs to attend the meeting.

5. Reviewing estimates and submitting regional service trips, overtime, claim areas in carrying out operational activities for operational cost efficiency.

6. Take a business trip as needed if you get an order from OSM to monitor developments in an area.

7. Monitoring and reviewing all processes that occur in the functions for which they are responsible can run in accordance with work procedures (SOP).

8. Motivate, develop and direct, including conducting training when needed by the operational team that is his responsibility to work well and enthusiastically.

1. Master Degree from any major with GPA > 3.00

2. Detail oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure

3. Good knowledge of MS Office and databases

4. Organized, can manage team of nationwide to meet schedules and deadlines

5. At least 5 year (s) of working experience in related field
