Proficient in the following tasks:review and administration, rendition of
legal opinions, legal research and documentation, monitoring of
and compliance with corporate reportorial requirements,
obtainment of government permits and licenses, immigration,
corporate housekeeping for both listed and non-listed companies,
due diligence for special projects .
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Juris Doctor / L.L.B. Degree graduate; Underbar
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field
- Strong working knowledge in Corporate Law, Legal and Statutory Compliances, Obligations and Contracts
- Experience in contract negotiation is required
- Knowledge in energy law of the Philippines is a plus
- Excellent command in English and presentation skills
- Willing to do field work and to render longer hours (when needed)
