- Perform repairs and maintenance of the buildings assigned: fix structural damage covering plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc.
- Do the regular rounds to all properties assigned to ensure everything is in good condition.
- Provide reports of building maintenance and update the checklist on the daily basis
- Apply preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems (example: sealant on a flat roof)
- Coordinate with the HSE Officer to address potential health and safety hazards to avoid harmful substance in the environment and causes of injuries
- Assist on housekeeping when necessary
- Complete tasks that will be given from time to time
- Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Electrician with Certificate
- Plumber experience, preferably with certificate
- Strong knowledge in building repairs and maintenance
- Physical strong to lift, move and handle equipment
- Construction skills such as carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing and welding
