Sales and Marketing Officer  

The Sales and Marketing Officer should have at least 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience. He/she is responsible for the following:

• Supervising the promotional and advertising campaigns in all social media platforms, and shall manage their corresponding budget.
• Initiating and establishing cohesive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and develop new partnerships for Point Blue Inc.
• Promoting the company’s vacant units and ensuring the target of 90% occupancy rate.
• Communicating the Pre-tenancy Application Form to potential clients.
• Joining Facebook groups and posting for promotions.
• Creating collaterals for advertisements/promotions whenever necessary.
• Conducting screening process for new clients.
• Managing onboarding of new clients.
• Utilizing Lamudi and Rentpad accounts to promote occupancy of the units.
• Promoting awareness of the company’s branding to its external audiences.
• Working with the Human Resource Department for the Company’s branding internal implementation.

The Sales and Marketing Officer will be reporting directly to the Client Relationship Manager/Property Manager of the organization. He/she will have a marketing team to help execute the said objectives. He/she shall stay true to the Company’s branding and principles.

He/she must expect to have several meetings with potential partners/clients, including presenting the company’s profile and its marketing campaign materials.
